yesterday i dreamt that i was at a ladybug store and on the shelves with various yummies they put right next to the cash registers they had like, combo sets of a microwave meal and two blunts. like in case you're planning to smoke weed and get the munchies but don't want to put too much effort into it.

I wonder what the connection between these guys is? Horned bone masks covering deep inset eyes... The first three are green, but the last two are red.

Their bestiary descriptions have almost nothing in common too. The only unifier I could maybe think of is a "hiding your identity" sort of thing? But that doesn't really fit the Gargoyle or the Pan Flute Player...

Blood deals, forgotten people, protectors, deceptive shapeshifters, and a peaceful panflute player. Their visual motifs pretty clearly connect but their themes do not...😔

Beast Wars S1 Ep8

It's the Black Arachnia episode!!! And wow...boob. that's some spyider boob.

Even Megatron is like.....do u have ulterior motives?? More weird that Black Arachina started as a Protoform first.

Optimus and Rattrap had me fooled for a second ngl. I thought this was the episode Dino Bot was going to get kicked out. It's comin...eventually.

Rattrap's lil motions while Terrasaur is talking. Vry cute I gotta clip that at some point.

Good episode already being a fan of Rattrap.

oh wait okay so the very last shot of the ‘flashback’ aka previous tapes from alex in entry 14 before 15 (interview with tim) is alex with blood down his face and then the alarm beeps OH NO thats why he had the alarms to change the tapes oh i totally forgot about that okay okay i get it

Cait's stand-in double Valerija Jemeljianenko did a podcast posted on May 14. Here are the highlights:

- She started in S4 and only does far shots, title cards or close up shots of hands, toes and never see Cait's face. Most of the time these clips don't make the cut. Has never done romantic or nude scenes. She's not a stunt double but a stand-in double. A stunt double needs to be registered as one.

- Only times she's been on set at the same time with Cait has been when Cait directed. Did stand in for Claire so Cait could watch the monitor in order to see how she'd look while filming.

- Also was mostly on set during S6 when Cait was pregnant ready to jump in if she was sick or needed to rest but she was not needed as Cait did everything herself.

- Cait is no diva and works her tail off.

- Valerija saw Cait acting the scene in the garden where Claire tries to save Malva's baby and was in awe with Cait wondering how she could perform such a horrific scene while being pregnant herself.

- The JC barn scene with Malva watching them was all Cait. Production managed to work around her pregnancy with props.

- During 512 Claire rape episode filmed at night, the mood on set was dark due to the nature of the plot.

Cheetor episodes are fun. Kind of sucks that he's the only young one. He makes so many silly cat puns.

Wow Dino Bot is gonna stick with the Maximals for a while huh? Longer than what I'm used to for a Starscream character...I think.

I didn't expect to see a human landmark. I guess Stonehenge is old enough. But that means the most of Beast Wars takes place in prehistoric England or at least somewhere in Europe.

Optimus got stuck in an alien egg. That's a plot point I didn't think would happen. More aliens.

Rhinox has a scary ass gun that got Waspinator's arm ripped off and...I mean if this wasn't a kids show he should be dead immediately.

Dated cgi aside, some shots are pretty good. Maybe I'll actually record a few to post if I like them enough.

F-14 FUN FACT OF THE DAY #69

Brian "Moose" Sweeney served in the Navy as an F-14 Tomcat RIO during the Gulf War, having graduated top of his class at the Naval Officers Training School. He served in several squadrons, such as VF-2 Wolfpack and VF-211 Checkmates, even going on to be an instructor at TOPGUN in 1995 and 1996. His callsign was awarded to him as a reference to his impressive stature, measuring 6' 3" and 260 Ibs. Brian's flying career came to a premature end in 1997 when he suffered a neck injury during a maneuver that left him partially paralyzed. He went on to work as an aerospace consultant in the private sector for the Department of Defense and companies like Lockheed Martin. Brian rebuilt two jeeps, one of which was a 1968 Jeepster Commando with an F-14 Tomcat joystick in place of the shifter.

He was a passenger on United Flight 175 flying from Boston to Los Angeles for business when the aircraft was hijacked on 11 September 2001. He was described as being an amazing squadronmate and friend.
